Check Order Status & Tracking

 

If you have a Global marketing Account, you may log in to Global marketing Account to review the date and time that the order was placed, order number & status, and total charges for orders placed within the last two years.

 

By selecting an order number, you can view the item(s) ordered and the tracking number(s) for shipped items. The tracking number links directly to the shipment/tracking information on the carrier website.

Emails about Your Order

After an order has been submitted, we communicate by email to keep you informed about its status. You will receive updates at the email address that you used to create a Global marketing Account or to place your order.

Communication about your order may include, but is not limited to:

 

  • Order Receipt
  • Backorder Notification Email
  • Shipment Confirmation
  • Shipping Delays

Special Offers & Promotion

The Global marketing Online Store makes it simple to take advantage of special offers, promotions, and discounts.To take advantage of a promotion that requires a promotion code, locate your promotion code in the email or brochure. Find the product(s) associated with the promotion and add to your shopping cart.

On the shopping cart page, enter the promotion code in the box on the left side of the page and click "Submit." Our system will recognize your code and a "More Info" button will be displayed with details about the promotion.


All discounts and offers will be displayed in the Shopping Cart. Only one promotion code can be used per order. If you have received more than one promotion code offer, you will need to place separate orders to take advantage of each offer.

Returns

The Global marketing Online Store will accept, for return or exchange, defective or unopened merchandise purchased at the Global marketing Online Store, subject to the exceptions and timeframe for returns listed below: All merchandise returned to the Global marketing Online Store must be in the original packaging with all original items (such as manuals, cables, etc.) accompanying the merchandise and a copy of the invoice/packing slip included to be eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by the Global marketing Online Store, in its sole discretion, to be defective.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT WARRANTY OR AS SET FORTH BELOW.

You are responsible for any service costs, including the costs required to ship a Product back to Global marketing USA, unless such costs are expressly covered under the terms of Your Product Warranty or eCarePAK, as applicable.

Exceptions to Return Policy

Any item listed as nonreturnable on its product page.

Non-defective CD-ROMs and instruction manuals are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you wish to return an item from a customized set of items from Build Your Bundle, all bundle items must be returned together.

Shipping and handling fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless the merchandise is determined by Global marketing, in its sole discretion, to be defective.

Timeframe and Shipping Instructions for Returns/Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

To return or exchange defective or unopened merchandise, customers must (a) obtain an RMA number within 14 calendar days of the date the order was delivered to the delivery address specified on the order and (b) return the merchandise to the Global marketing Online Store within the Return Period of 14 calendar days of the date the RMA number was issued by the Global marketing Online Store.
